Azuca Nuevo Latino Restaurant opened its doors for business as of December 30, 2002.
Serving a wide selection of dishes from Central and Latin American and the Caribbean, Azuca provides
its customers with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere for both casual and formal
dining. Both L. Rene Fernandez (Executive Chef/Owner) and Pierre O. Kranzle
(Manager/Owner) have created a unique assortment of selections on their menu
such as Parillada Mixta which is an array of beef, chicken, pork and sausage,
with fried yucca, chimichurri, mofongo and grilled vegetables,
and awide variety of soups, sandwiches, and house specialties. Also every
Friday night from 10 pm - 2 am live Latino music is performed.
Mr. Fernandez and Mr. Kranzle invite everyone to enjoy a wide variety
of specialties served by friendly staff of Azuca Nuevo Latino.
