Description:

Some of the awards it has won include Esquire's 1991 "Best Restaurants and Bars," Nation's Restaurant News "Fine Dining Hall of Fame" for 1996, Critics Choice San Antonio Express News "Best Brunch," and Texas Food and Wine Festival Award for Texas Wines. Head chef Bruce Auden has been one of Texas' culinary stars since the 1980's, and Biga's excellent cuisine can be attributed to his classical techniques combined with exotic flavors found in the cuisines of Mexico and Asia.
